Limited Brand Use License
Subject to your compliance with our Brand Identity Guidelines, The Lawyers Global®, a Registered Brand – I.N.P.I. Portugal No. 637494 is a property of TLGO - RANKING SERVICES, LDA.®. – C.R.C. Lisboa No. 515871117 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable right to use our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Service Names solely in connection with our platform.
The right to use our The Lawyers Global®, Name, Product, or Service Names as granted herein does not imply or give you any additional rights to use or display any The Lawyers Global® brand, logo, mark, name, or icon not explicitly granted herein. Nor does it automatically give you any rights to distribute, market, or promote any product, service, or other intellectual property owned by The Lawyers Global®.
You may not:
- Use or display our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names in any way that is misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to The Lawyers Global® in its sole discretion;
- Use or display our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names in any way that implies endorsement, awards, or rankings if you are not endorsed, awarded, or ranked by The Lawyers Global®;
- Sublicense our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names and or purport to permit any third party to use our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names in any manner without The Lawyers Global®’s prior written consent;
- Use our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names in a way that implies affiliation with, or sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by The Lawyers Global® of your products or services without our written consent or when there is no affiliation or client relationship between both parties;
- Use our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names in a way that would damage The Lawyers Global®’s reputation or goodwill in our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name or Product and Services Names; or
- Modify, animate, or distort our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names, combine them with any other symbols, words, images, or designs, or incorporate them into a tagline or slogan without our prior written consent.
In addition to the requirements under this License, you must always comply with our The Lawyers Global® Brand Identity Guidelines located on the Branding Identity Guidelines page.
We may change or update this document – our Brand Identity Guidelines without notice; you are responsible for keeping your use compliant with our current Brand Identity Guidelines. The Lawyers Global® will be the sole beneficiary of any goodwill associated with your use of our The Lawyers Global® logo, Name, or Product and Services Names.
All rights granted under this License will terminate concurrently with the termination of our Terms of Service. Lawyers Global® retains the right to terminate this License without cause.
